Headlighights

hello this isn't really a problem but i have a 2003 corvette and i was wondering if it is possible to keep my headlights popped up without the headlights being on unless i need it on at the night time. so meaning

Id like to keep my headlights popped up with no light in the mornings. is that even possible?

I know the mazda m can do such things
