get locked out of C6 get in from Trunk release and then windowns wont work.

Occasionaly I get locked out of C6 convertible i get in by realising the trunk release. I get in start the cra and notice the security lock light is on. I try to put the windows down and they will not work. After driving for a bit the light clears and windows start to work again??
This is frustrating as it is happening more frequently now! any advice??
