WHAT I FOUND OUT IS THE THERE IS A SCREEN IN THE FILLER TUBE THAT CAUSES THE PROBLEM. IF YOU FLIP THE FUEL HOSE UPSIDE DOWN THE FUEL GOES IN MUCH EASIER,
