fuel gauge

I have a 1992 C4 and my fuel level sensor has already been replaced but i am still getting no fuel reading on the gauge. I retested the level sender and it tests good. When i turn the key on it works normal but still no fuel reading. only fuel that I run in this is exxon and chevron. Any and all assistance on where to go next would be very helpful.
