front seat driver's side?

I have a 2007 z06 corvette, and have problems with the front seat. I have fixed it three times already and only have 8,500 miles on it I had it from day one no miles well 16 miles on it when I got it. The problem is it keep tearing up not on the bottom side of the seat but on the side as you get in is there a recall on the seat at all? Thanks Oscar......................
