fans donot run at any temp.

i have a 1987 corvette i just bought it and it has been work on befor , i have no dash is lights up but on inf is showen. and the fans do not run at any temp.
the radio dose not work the anntana dose not work,
the relays have been changed , the fuses have been checked the test on the relays was a,b,c,d,e my relays
have a, c,d,e am i missing something
