Exhaust filler plate with crossed flag emblem

I want to install an exhaust filler plate on my 2011 Corvette Grand Sport Convertible. I don't care for the smaller partial plates. I want the full gap filled but all the sites I pull up that sell these chrome plates with emblems state they will not fit a NPP / Dual Exhaust Mode. Grand Sport or Z06. Why is this? From behind the base model pipes do not look any different than the NPP version? What am I missing??
