Ever heard of a rf package? Is it add any value or rare

Does anyone know a value added or decrease in relation to a 1975 corvette 350 auto 24000 mikes immaculate body has been felled and repainted. Owner says it's rare bc it has a rf package which means it dealership modified there in Hubbard town possibly lowered it upgraded suspension added a straight back spoiler and front low bvalence panel????
