Driver side window gets stuck halfway going down. 2001 ZO6

Driver side window gets stuck going down halfway. Took off the door panel and hooked up the window switch and tried it. Goes up and down fine . Put a couple of drops of 3-1 oil on regulater and replaced the door panel but has the same problem. Seems like the panel is to tight and is jamming the window . Any Help !!! ???
