Dash Wiring Harness

I bought a dash wiring harness for my 69 and having trouble figuring out where one of the wire goes to. The unknown wire is in the bundle that attaches to the steering column, but I've already attached the two clips that go on the top of the steering column. This wire is red & has two wires that go into the clip and they form a "T" in the clip.

stop light switch up above brake shoe..?? or windshield solinoid..?? under the ignition to left maybe.. from the top of my head quess stament.. been working on my 68.. under dash cleanup..
