damnedcold Starter wiring help?

Replacing 1988 starter -3 wires to use on two posts, removed starter a while ago, don't remember where the 3rd wire goes - the end connector seems too big for the small post - but very small wire - it is on same side as other small wire- but does this go on pose with the main power ??
