For the last 3 years I own a 4spd 1974 corvette with an L82 original engine. I have added an Edelbrock Preforer Manifold and 600 cfm carb, Headman headers and converted the ignition from points to elestronic (Ingnitor 2), the rest is stock with the drive line being matching numbers in great condition. The car drives great but occasionaly I still feel the need for some more power. Some of my friends say keep as is and some others say go all the way and upgrade the engine so it will have the extra power but will still be streetable(heads, cams etc.). My concern is that once upgraded the engine there will be no end to additional parts replacement (carb, suspension, radiator etc.) what should I do ?????
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
