Clock not working. Has a navigation screen, every thing else on screen is ok

Had 2007 corvette in for a new automatic shifter and recall 13146 about low beam fix. I assume they disconnected the battery. Everything on electronics is fine except no clock. Is there something that needs reset maybe. Couldn't find anything in owner's manual.
