2006 corvette and all of a sudden neither of the fobs will gain access to car. With access gained to the interior by emergency procedures the dash lights and gauges do not initialize with both fobs inside cockpit. The batteries in both fobs were changed even though the old batteries tested above 3 volts. The car battery is fully charged test out at 13.6 volts. It's like the car is responding to the fobs.
