cannot listen to music on iphone

Once I connect my iPhone to the jack inside the center console I hear music for a few minutes and it cuts off saying this accessory does not support this system.
I bought a super high-quality jack and it does the same thing.
Can you help me with this problem?
My car is a 2013 Corvette ZR1.
