Can the standard C7 exhaust be upgraded to dual mode at a dealership?

I wish to purchase a 2017 C& Vette but the exhaust is only the standard. I would like to bring this to a dealership and have it upgraded. Is this even possible since it was a factory option. I.e. Body Control Module would need flashing, is there a wire harness prewired on the car for this option...etc. H5109475 are the last 8 of the vin.
