C-8 Corvette wheel hot

I have a new C-8 Corvette. When turning at very slow speed, such as into a garage or parking space, I notice the front wheels seem NOT to turn. Almost like a wheel hop. Is this normal?

I have a C-7 Corvette that was doing the same thing. I read in the owners manual about that and it said you will experience that feeling making tight turns at very slow speeds. Check it out in your owners manual.
