C5 chair is broken and now sits lower to the floor

I sat down in my 2002 C5 vett when I hurd a odd noise then the seat felt like it lowered down into the floor, I got out and now I can wiggle the seat up and down. It's definitely broken in the bottom back area, is it off the track or is there something broken, I may pull the whole chair out and check it but before I do so just want to know if this happened to anybody else?

Also my wipper stay on, I changed the wipper motor and cleanned the utters out but they still stay on??? No clue what more I can do, I had to take the chip out before they scratch the glass.
