C3 electric door locks

Hi. I have new electric switches and pigtails fitted which work on both doors but when I use my door key I hear a click from the central console but the key doesn't operate the electric locks. Is there a faulty relay somewhere? Or is it a fault in the lock cylinder. Thanks.
