Brake pulsates when first starting, then ASR and ABS Service lights come on and brake stops pulsating

Every time you start the car the brake pedal lightly pulsates when applied for about 10 minutes and then the ABS and ASR service light come on and the brake pedal stops pulsating and goes back to normal. It is on a 1994 Corvette coupe LT-1.
