Body to Frame Ground Straps

I've looked all over the place to find the EXACT location of where to mount the Body to Frame ground strap, a copper mesh strap with a funny looking clip on one end. I have installed the two exhaust straps and the copper antenna strap, but can't find anything to show exactly where the body to frame strap is supposed to mount except it is supposed to be near the Sill plate. And why only one? There are two sill plates, one on each side of the car.
