body swap

I am wondering if someone would be able with some mods of course be able to put the body of lets say years 68-72 c3 corvette on the frame of the 1979 which is the year of mine? I realize there would have to be differences in frames due too the bumpers being different. But what about frame /engine mounts and location of the fuel fill tube exit and any other issues? Thank you and look forward to hearing back from you
