Blower Fan on 1981 Corvette

Hello,

The blower fan on my 1981 corvette has issues at highway speeds only. For instance, at speeds of 40 mph or lower, the fan works as it should at all speeds. However, at highway speeds, the blower fan only works at the low speed. This issue is more prevalent when the Air Conditioning is on.
