Bigger and taller tires on z51 stingray 2014

Hello Corvette specialist my name is Benjamin and live in rep of Panama and I have a 2014 corvette stingray z51 the roads are very bad here and need the talles abd widest that will work properly I have had diferent opinios tire rack sugest I increse 1 number by 10 insted of 245 35 19 front go to 255 35 19 and back from.285 to 295 30 20 but i corvette forum one guy says he put the 295 in back and they rub another guy raised 2 number by 5 in front and back 245 40 19 and 285 35 20 can you please look into this and give me an apropiate answer also what tire would you recomend looking at michelin pilot s4 thanks Guys!!!
