battery is charged but all electrical just went dead

I keep a battery tender on my 01 zo6 and only drive it once or twice a year. I got in it to start it up and everything was normal until I turned the key. everything went dead as a door nail. no electrical anything. battery is charged and nothing is obvious in the fuse box. what the heck? mike standley
