battery drain issue 2005 c6

Just bought a low model 2005 c6 6-speed convertible. Ran fine first month then one morning boom dead battery. Thought battery might have been old so put new one in. Then I shipped car to my other home the next day and it set on truck for three days but started up fine on arrival. But I started reading about issues so I let it set 4 days. I had checked battery output on console before this effort and it was 12.6V. but on day four is went down to 11.7 so drain is happening. Suggestions?
