Battery died now driver side door won't work

The other day my battery died messing around with an amp I installed a while back. The car was in accessory mode and i had forgotten to turn the car fully on. Anyway, I charged it up and now the driver side door won't work. Windows, mirror and buttons to open the door. Ive checked all fuses, relays, even changed out the battery. The door works whenever I disconnect the battery hook it back up but for about 5 mins then goes back to not working. Any suggestions? Its an 09 base vette.

If you messed with the Amp, start there. Check all wires. Since you changed the battery and that didn't help, see if you can reset the computer. That might help.
