Battery dead overnight

I installed a new battery and new turn signal flasher.I noticed if I drive the car and it doesn't sit overnight the battery stays charged. But if the car sits overnight the battery is dead the next morning. I have noticed that the turn signals and headlight bright switch stays lit on the dash when I install the battery if I recharge it. I did the test light and it is bright and I removed each fuse out of the Fuseblock and the test light stayed on.
