ANTI THEFT INDICATOR LIGHT ON, CAR RUNS WITH LOSS OF POWER AND SPEEDOMETER NOT WORKING

HEY GUYS,
DROVE TO THE STORE IN MY 2005 C6. SHUT IT DOWN, LOCKED THE CAR. CAME BACK. WAS ABLE TO OPEN THE DOOR AND START THE CAR. HOWEVER, THE ANTI THEFT INDICATOR LIGHT IS ON, THE SPEEDOMETER IS NOT WORKING AND THE ENGINE SEEMS TO BE RUNNING AT HALF POWER.
