ac not blowing out front vents & courtesy lights won't go out hard starting only in am

AC blows out the top of the dashboard but won't blow out the front vents on the dash also the courtesy lights in the car won't go off when I shut the door, can these be disconnected somehow so it doesn't drain the battery also its hard starting just in the morning after it sets overnight, light its not getting gas, on the third try to start it it usually starts

Vac leak. You have to pump gas on these
