ac hvhc problem

Well I bought a new climate control thought it would fix my problem . The vent doors are not changing at all So I went to the computer on the dash to check for codes on hvhc . There are two codes that show up . One is Bo361 and the other one is Bo441. I took the 27 fuse out for 30 seconds and it did nothing .
