ABS /traction lights and A/C on98 c5

Abs /traction light comes and goes and a/c will not come on until abs light goes out and then only blows hot air---just got car back from stingray chevy dealer after 4 weeks and 3700$,,ive been told by them it cannot be fixed parts are not available and they have done all they can----very rarily now the abs light goes off but when it does i push the a/c switch but it just blinks on and back off again and blows hot air only thru the vents
