Morimoto XB C6 Corvette with C7 Style Aftermarket Headlights
Fits 2005-2013 C6 Corvette
The OEM original projectors on your C6 Corvette were not a state of art when your car was new. Let's face it, this was GM's first attempt at headlights that don't pop-up, but we don't need to tell you that!
Also, time has done you no favors to the brightness of your headlights. They probably seem dimmer than you remember. Yes, you are correct, no your eyes are not getting bad! Over time, the glass fades' optical clarity and output are reduced by as much as 50%.
We also bet your headlight lens is getting cloudy. Yes, you can replace the headlight lenses, but you're still not going to have half the brightness of these new LED featured headlights with modern C7 styling.
Regardless you will have to remove the headlights to replace the lenses, which is a big job. Lots of work to get something that barley works only to replace with the same old technology and looks.
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
