99 Corvette blow hot air

Good afternoon,

The AC unit is blowing hot air on the drivers side, and cold on the passengers side. If I change the temperature on the drivers side to hot, it kinda just stops blowing air. I don't know if it is the AC climate control or the drivers side air door actuator is the problem.
Please help.
