'96 Blower Motor Won't Come On

The blower motor will run when hooked directly to a 12V source. The blower motor module checks good as well as the relay (12V+/12- feeds relay and will pass 12V feed through the relay as well as having a good ground. I just can't get 12V on through the remaining wiring to the blower motor.
