68 corvette 327/350 wont start

Car ran perfect all Summer. Car was garaged for 3 months in winter. Had about 2 gallons of gas in the tank when garaged. Last week I added 5 gallons of new gas and a bottle of HEET after the car wouldn't start. Car turns over but won't start. When I spray some starting fluid into the carb, it will run for about 5 seconds then stop. Changed the fuel filter on the Rochester Quadrajet but still won't start. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
