2008 chevy corvette coup

My front hood on my 2008 chevy corvette coup has a dent from tow hitch on my truck. I was told by one auto body place that he would give me a brand new GM OEM HOOD AND front bumper, and match my paint color 85 jet stream blue tint color. Another auto body place said he would give me a brand new GM OEM hood, new front bumper, and take off the left and right side fenders to match the hood on the brand new hood. both side fenders are good. But I was told that is the best way to match the color on the hood with the side fenders. If you can tell me the best option to go with.
