2007 corvette turns over wont start/ intermitinly

this is a new issue following harmonic crank balancer repair by dealer. Job was done in jan 2014 then car sat till april. Put back in use this spring and this problem soon began Not very often at first but now about once every two days or so. Changed keyfob and resistor in the under hood box Also snugup the four bolts that hold the box in place under hood. 2007 corvette turns over wont start/intermitinly. Then starts and runs like new.
