2006 CORVETTE car has no power need to get trans out of park into neutral and be able to steer car

I have a 2006 Corvette coupe. The car is completely dead, no power at all. Won't start or. Jump start. Last message seen on dash was computer did not recognize my FOB. To get the car towed I need to get the trans out of park into neutral and be able to steer car. Is there a manual way to release the trans lever from park? And release steering lock??
