2005 VETTE NOT START

BATTERY IS FULLY CHARGED,(NEW) VOLTAGE 12.6, RADIO AND ALL ELECTRONICS WORK, I HEAR A CLICK IN THE DASH WHEN I PUSH THE START BUTTON DID THIS TWICE AND NO MORE CLICK, NO START ALSO TIRED THE OTHER REMOTE ENTRY NO LUCK, ANY IDEAS the horn alarm sounds when i close the door and walk away (normal) Lights are bright. any ideas???? still on battey tender and charged.
