2004 c-5 coming home oil temp 180 pressure 130

Coming home engine ran fine all the way home. I noticed after 10 miles of driving I my pressure gage maxed at 80 I pushed the gage button and it said 180 degrees and 130 pressure. External temp outside 90 got home oil level ok just changed it 2 weeks ago any ideas???????
