When I turn the ignition on in my 99 C5, there is one click and then no power.....after about a minute or so, I can try again, but with the same result. I have a new battery and run a trickle charger on it all winter. I have tried to reconnect the battery connections and have had no luck. It isn't the normal sound of a bad starter...the succession of clicks and the car simply won't turn over...this seems to be something different. prior to this there was an issue starting in that when the ignition was turned, there would be a delay and somewhat of a labored start. Any suggestions???
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
