1992 Corvette will turn over but not start

My vette was running fine put it in the garage for a week went out to start it and all it would do is turn over.I have checked all wiring to the Icm, the coil and the opti all looks good even the ground wire. I figure i will start at replacing the coil then work my way towards the other more expensive parts. the whole opti, wires, icm and coil were replaced in january 2009. only 5000 miles on the car since then. what is the most likely cause of the no start. fuel is fine im lacking spark. I checked engine codes and all i get is the ok code 12. any help is appriciated
