Car would run 30 or 40 miles and start to spit & sputter and backfire thru exhaust and die, wait 15 20 minutes it would start and go 20 to 30 miles and do the same thing again. Got car home and checked fuel, spark and rotor pointing to #1 on compression, distributor was only hand tight, moved dist. until car started, set timing and shut off and tightened dist. now car will not start again, Rotor still pointing towards #1 on compression. any ideas??? Ignition module, distributor, coil????

Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
