1974 corvette head lights

I'm having a problem with the headlight lids on my 1974 Corvette, they won't close. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Just double check the vacuum lines first. Use a vacuum gauge at the lights to check it at the lights then search for the source of the problem.
