Let me first say thank you for having a web site for novice mechanics. My soon to be 1974 convertible with 454 automatic seems to have a very small sweet spot to maintain a parked position. I do not know if this is a big issue. It shifts all gears well and reverse. No gear slipping when shifting or smoke. I am afraid she will roll away on me. Any thoughts are appreciated. The car sat for 5 years due to owner illness. 90,000 miles and runs strong. Need to know what I am getting into. This is my second C3.
Established in 2008 by Chris Trautman, Corvette Web Central quickly grew into one of the top leading Corvette enthusiast websites globally.
"This website is a passion of mine, just as much as being a Corvette owner," says Chris. He was frustrated trying to find information on the internet about Corvettes which was was not biased or influenced somehow.
He has owned three Corvettes over the last twenty years and does not plan to stop owning one anytime soon.
