1 headlight stuck up

My drivers side headlight worn retract. Passenger side works fine. All headlights work and the fuse for the LH headlight has been checked (it was fine) but I swapped it anyway with no luck. New to the Corvette world. I drive the NSX my wife gets this. Car is a 1999 coupe. Any ideas would be much appreciated!
